Covid-19: Trading Update
The health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is hugely important to us and we take our responsibility as an employer very seriously. As a family, we have five members working in the NHS on the frontline, so we have a first-hand understanding of the severity of the situation. However, with many of our customers working from home, we want to be able to continue to support you as much as we can. In light of this, although we have shut both our customer counters and drastically reduced the number of workers onsite – with most of the team now working from home – we are still able to fulfil your orders.
However, to be able to fulfil these orders, our phone lines will be closed from Wednesday 25th March 2020 until further notice. Any customers wishing to place orders, will need to do so via our website. If for any reason you are having trouble with your online account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Customers who regularly order via email or telephone, please contact our team using the email address above and to retrieve your online account details (if these are not known). Please DO NOT ‘register’ on our website.
