Folding pole saddle rack from Stubbs England. Similar to S17P Fixed Pole Saddle Rack, but folds down when not in use. Pole remains captive in the down position. Very popular. STUBBYFINE coated Red and black. Large, 4cm diameter, steel tube construction. Insert saddle rack into the bracket before attaching to the wall.
