Derived from the upholstery industry, open cell foams offers good memory and is very easy to sculpt and shape using a sur-form hand rasp. It allows movement of air through the foam, resulting in a fast recovery and a soft texture.

This foam can be used in all aspects of saddlery production, girths and also in car seats and light leather goods as it tends to be softer. It’s ideal as a final layer to add the extra comfort and texture to your chosen product
